The construction kicked off in December 2017 and the current phase covers an area of 9.67 hectares. So far it has attracted 33 companies in the new energy, IT, energy saving and environment protection, smart electricity and other sectors.
“We plan to settle about 100 companies for this phase, making an average tax revenue of 1 million yuan per 667 square meters in five years,” said Zeng Yuanqian, marketing director of Tusincere Shanghai branch.
