Fangsong Street opened its public community service center, “Hongxiang Neighborhood +,” yesterday as part of its attempt to build a smart livable community.
The 800-square-meter structure has two stories, arranged with rooms for reading, board games, dance and yoga, tea, psychological consulting and medical care.
A health station functions here for residents to measure their physical indicators, the data of which would be stored in the community’s health profiles and transferred to the street community health service center. Family doctors have access to the data so as to make corresponding prevention and treatment.
Seniors especially can enjoy day care and dining service at the center.
The center also plans to introduce public welfare organizations to carry out more cooperation to meet local people’s needs.
