The Shanghai leg of the 2017 Linglong Tire China Truck Racing Championship ended last week at Shanghai Tianma Circuit. It attracted Chinese and foreign truck drivers to show off their driving skills.
The event was supported by the General Administration of Sports of China.
“Chinese competitors have improved their skills with every race,” said Martin Landsdorf, a senior executive of the European organizer, Ryss & Lynx L.L.C.
The truck race is not only a driving competition but also a social platform. Top-level drivers made the game exciting and attracted a lot of media attention, he said.
