Jade pieces shed light on Neolithic culture

Songjiang Museum is exhibiting 110 ancient jade artifacts on loan from the Liangzhu Museum in Zhejiang Province. These jade carvings were unearthed from Neolithic ruins in Liangzhu on the outskirts of Hangzhou. They belonged to Liangzhu Culture which flourished in the Yangtze River Delta some 4,300 to 5,300 years ago.
